Requirement Checklist
The Residential Construction Permit Requirement Checklist needs to be completed, signed and included as part of your online permit application through MyPermitNow.org.
You may either:
- Print and complete the checklist, sign and scan the form to be attached to your online permit application, or;
- Complete the form electronically, save and submit.
- On the top of the form click on the "Open Sign Pane" link at the top right.
- A dropdown menu will appear on the right. Select the "I Need to Sign" dropdown menu, select "Add Text", click in the line where you would like to type Yes or No and type your response.
- When you are ready to electronically sign your checklist, select "Place Signature" and follow the instructions to place your electronic signature in the space provided. Use the "Add Text" tool to add the date.
- Save the form to be attached to your online permit application.
