To manage and provide professional and technical services for project management, planning, design, construction, maintenance, operations and leases for Travis County facilities that effectively and efficiently meet the economic and functional needs of Travis County.

- General Fund, Operating = $4,973,841
- General Fund, Payroll = $14,124,397
- Leases = $14,092,237
- Utilities = $4,942,678
- Revenue Funds = $2,355,413
- Project Fund (Active Projects):
- Certificate of Obligation = $439,031,473

Biography
2025 TAX RATE: TRAVIS COUNTY ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR’S TAX RATE. THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 8.0 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY $24.73.
