I am trying out a new procedure for Resolutions and Proclamations. My office will assume that all Resolutions and Proclamations submitted for the Tuesday agenda are non-controversial and will be approved on the consent motion, after which the Court will recess for a brief photo session with the recipients of the Resolutions/Proclamations.
If a Resolution/Proclamation is controversial, it should go through the relevant department for review and will be listed under that department's category on the agenda.
