Please see attached for suggested amendments to the comments proposed in backup under Item 33 on the February 28th, 2023 agenda (I-35 Capital Express Central Project draft EIS). These are supported by the Transportation & Natural Resources subcommittee (Commissioners Shea & Travillion).
