Utilizing a Restorative Justice model, this diversion program is an option for juveniles, ages 10-16, who have been referred to Juvenile Court for a first-time misdemeanor offense.
Operating as a collaborative partnership between multiple organizations and the community, NCC allows youth to resolve their offenses outside of the formal court system, and allows the community to reclaim their youth and their neighborhoods.
